Do you ever have one of those flashback memories from earlier days that remind you of how much things have changed? Well, I had one just last week.
Mike is a local pastor who also has a side business of mowing lawns. He said that he prices his services at 1 dollar per minute. When I heard that I had a flashback to early high school days when I worked at Stanton Drug making 55 cents per hour and got a raise to 60 cents. I was elated and proudly told my parents that was making 1 cent per minute.
Wow, how the dollar has changed.
